STILL ALIVE AND KICKIN'....!!

Sailors!
I'm not dead! I'm still alive and kickin'...!
At least, as as long as heavy metal goes!
Of course I kept up with shooting gigs and dealing with Japanese (and, whenever possible, international) metal. Let's just say that I dropped the regular updating of the blog, since Facebook offers a way for everybody to stay in contact in a rather less time-consuming way than a dedicated blog. By the way, if you want drop by, you can check the Cpt. deeds on Live Action Hero / Concert Photography (and more) FB page (or on his other site; check it out from the FB page).

I'll try to keep this space up-to-date too, as much as I can. I know that not everybody like FB...

This weekend I will be travelling to Osaka with HELLHOUND for their next mayhem over there. Check it out below. And if you happen to be around, do come showing your asses! They've got plenty of kicking for you!
Cheers!

For your schedule...

For the interested sailor...
HELLHOUND
will be playing in Sendai tonight (actually they may be doing it right now), toghether with WILD FRONTIER , ARGUMENT SOUL , AZRAEL, REFION 13 , SKULL FUCK at Sendai PARK SQUARE, Miyagi in "Sound of Death Vol. 10", presented by Wild Frontier. I was supposed to get up there with them, but some rescheduling had me to pass it.

Next chance to get them live will be on June, 26th at Shinjuku's Wild Side Tokyo, during MANIPULATED SLAVES' "Storm of Damnation Tour 2011".

On the same June, 26th , at Kichijouji's Crescendo Live House there will be "Slam vol. 47",with SERENITY IN MURDER, a new young melo-death m. band Cpt. started liking very much! I will see if I manage to get both of them. In meantime, check them out on their homepage and on Myspace, where you can find a sample of the awesome "Infact Bellum" track, from their forthcoming album. Fasten your belts...!

METALイズ鉄 vol.4 (22-5-2011 Club Liner, Koenji)

A few pics form the last HELLHOUND's howling at Club Liner, Koenji, Tokyo.
A very small place with no appeal whatsoever, except for the fact that smoking in front of the stage was not allowed (thing that Cpt. appreciated very much)!
On the list, together with a couple of other playing folks I don't quite need to recall, IRON THUMB, very skilled, but rather 'demential' Tokyo's band (you need to crunch some Japanese to enjoy their jokes...).
Anyway, awesome, as usual! Singing volume a bit low maybe...
Stay tuned. More to come...
